Art >> >> LOLLIPOP

Pop art is focused on common, everyday objects seeking to elevate popular objects to the level of fine art. Our lollipops are a reference to the 60’s pop movement, bringing to mind Robert Indiana who said of pop art “It is the American dream, optimistic, generous, and naive.” But the lollipops are also aligned with Wayne Theibauld’s dreamy 60’s paintings of cakes, celebrating the spirit of pop and all that is delicious, delightful, and decadent.
